Senior HR Controller (m/f/d)

  • You perform deep-dive analysis on workforce forecast versus plan covering headcount data, hiring forecasts, attrition, internal moves, and promotions, challenging the status quo in a dynamic environment
  • You create understanding among the business and drive management decisions through investigations of business challenges with the global HR data, statistically significant results and stakeholder-oriented communication of complex HR insights
  • You support strategic projects as a key stakeholder by owning global HR KPI products and ensuring high-quality data insights
  • You shape the global reporting landscape through the development of beneficial KPIs and stakeholder-oriented reporting solutions
  • You proactively connect to other colleagues within HR Controlling & Analytics through knowledge and experience sharing


  • You hold a university degree in business, economics, mathematics, statistics or a comparable field of study or have comparable professional experience
  • You have several years of professional experience in (HR) Analytics, (HR) Controlling, Consulting or a similar role, preferably in an eCommerce organization
  • You are enthusiastic about data and have strong analytical capabilities as well as experienced in the application of statistical methods on business challenges. Having worked with data warehouses, applicable knowledge in Power Query & Power BI as well as experience with SQL and Python is a plus
  • You feel comfortable working in different setups, enjoy taking responsibility for your remit and are results-driven, always having our customers’ best interests in mind
  • You are business fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
