Our International Damage Management in Rostock is looking for a motivated and committed Damage Support Agent (m/w/d) for SIXT.
You do the research for information according to new damages. You accommodate all the data into our own SIXT-program. You are responsible for the first customer contact after the damage happened. You are an interface among our service stations, external service providers and our claims processing and you document the exact happening and the information according to the damage. You speak German within your team, the correspondence in English mostly takes place via scripts.
SIXT customers travel all over the world, and so the odd scratch is only to be expected. Our Damage Management teams are responsible for determining the cause of the damage and what should be done about it. This means our damage team act as an interface with SIXT branches, customers, authorities and insurance companies. Our damage team is a fundamental part of the company’s success.
