As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for your own location, its turnover, margin, local sales, personnel etc. During your Operations Management Traineeship, we will provide you with hands-on training in several areas, which include: Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Claims and Fleet Management. The program is structured in different phases and you will undertake different roles (Rental Sales Agent, Supervisor, etc.). Throughout your traineeship you will be participating in various types of courses that will enhance your knowledge in both general managerial and specific industry topics. Besides attending classroom training, our program also offers you the opportunity to gain real work life experience at our rental locations. We are interested in strong, highly motivated, enthusiastic and hands on personalities with an entrepreneurial spirit. You already have gained some working experience after successfully completing your Bachelor or Master degree and you are ready to take your career to the next level. Would you like to live and work in Zaragoza? If you are available to move to Zaragoza, we will provide you accommodation and travel expenses during the trainee development program.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating and optimising all processes, managing the day-to-day business and strategic plans in your branch
• Have strong leadership and development skills, participating in all areas of employee management
• Responsible for bringing in new business and building on local sales and relationships
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction whilst adhering to our service standards
• Responsibility for the budget, cost control and branch results
• In charge of our premium vehicle fleet, monitoring prices and rate setting

Your Qualities

• Bachelor or Master degree
• Commercially sensitive with strong sales skills
• Driven to provide excellent Customer Service
• Result driven & strives for quality
• Well-developed communication skills
• Team Player. Previous experience in a management role would be a plus
• Good level of Spanish and English is a must
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to be positioned in Zaragoza during and after the traineeship
• Availability to move to Zaragoza. Must be authorized to work in Spain
