  • You will monitor and track the status of all global expansion projects and ensure compliance with processes
  • You will work closely with the expansion managers of the SIXT country subsidiaries and validate location recommendations as well as business cases
  • You and our analytics team discover white spots and identify potentials to increase efficiency of our station network
  • You support the prioritization, controlling and reporting of all global new build and renovation projects
  • You develop global standards and processes around the lifecycle of a station


  • You have a successfully completed university degree with a business background
  • You already have some practical experience in expansion, business development and / or project management
  • You have strong communication and assertiveness skills, a high level of self-motivation and an independent and goal-oriented way of working
  • You find it easy to bring complex issues to the point in a simple and understandable way and to prepare them in the form of decision templates
  • You enjoy working in an international team and have no difficulty switching spontaneously between German and English
