International Accounts Receivable Clerk (m/f/d)
SIXT is expanding internationally, and our customers travel a lot there. Occasionally, a bill is not paid. Your tasks include the usual dunning process and close, mostly written, coordination with our customers in order to find a friendly solution. You have worked in accounts receivables, finance or accounting before and speak English fluently? We are looking forward to receiving your application to work as an International Accounts Receivable Clerk (m/f/d) from our offices in Rostock.
What you will do:
- You handle the dunning procedures and support closing procedures such as write-offs and allocations
- You communicate with our customers and try to find good solutions in a mutual sense
- You identify risks and prioritize your tasks accordingly
- You are responsible for the oral and written communication with our external debt collection partners
- You support the reconciliation of bulk payments
- You help understand account statements
- You support process optimization initiatives and provide your ideas
About you:
- You have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- You have already gained work experience in accounts receivables, finance or accounting or in a related field
- You are reliable and self-dependent
- You are fluent in English and have a good basic knowledge of German and other languages like Dutch, Italian or Spanish would be an advantage
