Risk Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Governance, Risk Management & Controls team, we are looking for a motivated Risk Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. We are looking forward to your application.


  • You will take over the coordination of all tasks of the enterprise risk management system of the SIXT Group and develop the risk early warning system together with the GRC management
  • Together with the risk owners and the Internal Controls department, you will develop methods for recording, evaluating, and mitigating all the Group's major risks
  • You coordinate the Group's risk strategy with the management and governance functions and transfer it to the operating units
  • You advise the departments on the monetary assessment of risks and the development and follow-up of suitable countermeasures
  • You will be responsible for the conception, creation, and continuous development of regular risk reports and risk controlling for management


  • You have successfully completed a degree in economics with a focus on risk management, finance, or controlling or hold a comparable completed apprenticeship or several years of professional experience
  • You have practical experience as a Risk Manager (m/f/d) in the service, industrial, financial services sector or in a management consultancy
  • You ideally have knowledge of all risk areas (operational, finance, market, credit, compliance)
  • You bring commitment and a high level of self-motivation
  • You have a very good command of both written and spoken English and German
