Business Account Consultant (SME)

Sixt Rent A Car, LLC seeks to appoint a Business Account Consultant. The role will be a hands-on “roll up your sleeves” position involving national business development. You will assist the CEO in achieving successful expansion efforts throughout the United States. The Business Developer will be expected to analyze markets and recommend business strategies to achieve expansion goals.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Analyze potential markets and recommends strategies to achieve expansion goals into profitable markets, including:.
    o Marketplace assessments o Develop business case and plans of action o Responsible for all aspects of corporate real estate strategy including disposals, management, maintenance, construction, and soft service procurement o Mergers and acquisitions o Launch Sixt rent a car brand and managing reimaging of brand and branch design. o Supporting negotiations of business and financial transactions, and review related contracts o Vendor management o Control cost and compliance of business vendors
  • Plans and organize insightful ways to drive initiatives and resolve issues
  • Effective communication with other departments in headquarters for expansion collaboration.

Your Qualities

  • A successful track record of effective leadership and business development
  • Experience working with senior management and boards of directors, preferably in public and/or privately-held companies
  • Substantial expertise in commercial transactions and understanding of real estate deals, employment and labor laws and regulations
  • Experience supporting business operations
  • Excellent judgment and the ability to manage within, and contribute to the development and successful execution of, a compelling and inspirational business strategy
  • Hands-on and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Solid business and operations orientation
