About you:
- You preferably have a completed apprenticeship in office or commercial areas
- You enjoy solving complex facts and keep our quality standards high
- You have an understanding for vehicles, and you can distinguish a scratch from a dent
- You work thoroughly and concentrated with the computer, and you are used to the common office applications – we will show you our SIXT own programs
- You correspond in english and german if it is needed
- You are responsible and decisive, and you have a solution-oriented, transparent and fair communication
What you will do:
You are responsible for the administrative processing of damage from Spain. You document the data digitally when a new damage is reported. You give a first assessment of the damage and intiate opening actions to clarify the damage facts. You are the interface among stations, authorities, and insurances. Among other things you take care of commissioning Spanish experts for further opinions, and you do the communications with the customers, insurances, police, and attorneys. You correspond with our customers in Spanish, among the team you manly speak German and English. You do the research til the course of damage, the causer and the causality are clarified. Sounds good?
