Loyalty Director (m/f/d)

We have an exciting new role at SIXT - The SIXT Loyalty Program Director (m/f/d). You will help to collaboratively define and implement a Global loyalty programme for our SIXT customers across all products and employees. We want someone to help make it come to life, delivering a programme that increases frequency and decreases Churn.   • You shaoe the customer programme for all segments from inception to implementation in pilot, then rolling out at pace
  • You demonstrate experience delivering some/all aspects of a new programme such as business case/GDPR requirements/operations/training/customer service/fraud requirements etc
  • You work with multiple stakeholders to deliver a programme that fits all products and markets
  • You test the programme and adapt it based on customer feedback
  • You manage our most valuable customer segments into and out of the loyalty programme
  • You are proactive in the handling of customer service queries, e.g. you process any requests of top customers and solve or escalate to upper management where necessary


  • You already have experience in the fields of loyalty, CRM and customer management; experience of launching multi-national loyalty programmes or new products from scratch is an advantage but not a must
  • You have relevant professional experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • You are a confident person with an excellent sense for trends and enthusiasm for new topics
  • Your excellent analytical skills enable you to derive business-relevant insights from qualitative and quantitative analyses and key figures and to identify concrete recommendations
  • You work independently, in a structured and self-reliant manner, have a high quality standard and a "hands-on" mentality
  • You speak English fluently - German is not a must
