DO WHAT YOU LOVE

• You self-confidently question the status quo and make courageous and well thought-out proposals to radically reduce the administrative effort in HR processes. In doing so, you make an active contribution to improving the employee experience and employee satisfaction
• You define and implement a conceptual framework for efficient and effective process management for HR, analyse and evaluate our existing HR process landscape, identify process weaknesses as well as improvement potential and initiate measures for consistent simplification and automation
• You are responsible for the overall flow from the definition of process roles, their implementation, a corresponding KPI framework to a final process concept and a very good employee experience
• You guide the Process Owners in their role and teach relevant tools for process improvement from the Lean Management environment. In addition, you organize and moderate (design thinking) workshops and related reviews with internal stakeholders on HR processes and interfaces
• You take over the project management of partly complex topics, using your comprehensive knowledge of methods and project management to drive forward the development of solution concepts and decision templates
• You operate experienced expectation management, always formulate and communicate a clear roadmap and drive our agility further and optimise it sustainably

COME AS YOU ARE

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or information technology or a comparable qualification
• You already have several years of relevant professional experience in an international group in a comparable position (experience in a consultancy is a plus), in which you have successfully proven your interdisciplinary knowledge as well as your strategic-analytical understanding
• You have already been involved in the introduction of standard software and have a good feeling for the opportunities and limitations of digitalisation initiatives
• You have solid analytical and methodological skills, especially in process optimisation and (agile) project management. Experience in the application of Lean Management and Six Sigma is an advantage
• You have a confident manner, strong communication skills, an independent and proactive way of working as well as team spirit, persuasiveness and enthusiasm
• You are fluent in German and English and can present and moderate convincingly in both languages
