Director Up and Cross-Selling (m/f/d)

We have an exciting new role at SIXT as Director Up and Cross-Selling (m/f/d). Working closely with the Incremental Sales and Product teams, you will help to collaboratively increase cross-sell/upsell revenues by identifying profit drivers and optimal digital CRM communication channels and journeys. DO WHAT YOU LOVE

  • You shape the new digital customer CRM programme for the incremental sales, booking and upsell channels, with a new team
  • You are responsible for the transactional communications for all products at SIXT and seeing them as an important part of our brand and communication
  • You are pragmatic and understand how to balance multiple business objectives and still deliver within finite resource
  • You work collaboratively with the Digital Customer CRM Team to deliver campaigns from inception to delivery
  • You test the programmes and adapt it based on customer and stakeholder feedback
  • You implement the corresponding reporting suite and KPIs

COME AS YOU ARE

  • You already have experience in the field of driving incremental revenue , CRM, customer management, and leading a team
  • You have relevant professional experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • You are a confident person with an excellent sense for trends and enthusiasm for new topics
  • Your excellent analytical skills enable you to derive business-relevant insights from qualitative and quantitative analyses and key figures and to identify concrete recommendations
  • You work independently, in a structured and self-reliant manner, have a high quality standard and a "hands-on" mentality
  • You speak English fluently - German is not a must
