We have an exciting new Executive Branch Manager opportunity in our flagship branch, Heathrow Airport! You will be responsible for the growth and profitability of the branch, whilst ensuring you and the team maintain a first-class experience for our customers. You will be responsible for training and coaching our colleagues and other managers to maintain a consistent service to customers and internal stakeholders, working with high proportion of premium cars in our fleet and good price-performance ratio. You need to be demonstrate how to be on the offensive and love to win over customers with sales, if needed and show strong leadership towards your team.

What we offer

How you will fill your days:

You will be responsible for your multi-site branches budgets and sales performance, and for increasing market penetration of the branches whilst also increasing revenue and profitability. You will manage Management trainees, a team of Rental Sales Agents and Fleet Service agents, whilst developing them, through performance reviews and regular meetings to disucss strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, to build a strong team. You will work with the Talent team to recruit and interview potential new starters within your team independently and support and coach other managers to do this. You must organise and understand your branches vehicle to utilise your fleet. You will complete and conduct all operational tasks such as health and safety, corporate CI, defleets and organise work among your team and other managers. You will be responsible for creation and maintenance of a customer service culture - handling/assisting in the resolution of customer service issues if other staff members are unable to. You will delegate amongst managers and complete the day to day within your branch, ensuring effective process of all types of car rental transactions. You will continuously challenge the everyday and lead your people and branch to the highest premium service and uphold SIXT standards and processes, whilst building and maintaining a premium relationship with stakeholders and working with your wider regions managers to create efficient working practices to make SIXT premium. You must be flexible to take on other tasks in the region and other locations, being open to working in other nearby locations, where reasonable, to support the wider business

As a mobility service provider, our Branches & Operations division is the point of contact with our customers: whether by phone, app or directly in our SIXT branches. This means: premium service directly to the customer, advice and sales in exchange and responsibility for the rental process of our premium fleet.
