Do what you love

  • You will enable appropriate measures to reduce the probability and severity of damage to driver and vehicle
  • You will introduce actuarial analyzes to evaluate risk factors and their interactions
  • You will monitor key metrics, visualize them, and analyze the reasons they change. Subsequently, you will be proposing features and improvements for the business based on the insights you extract from data
  • You will design and execute data-driven experiments (e.g., A/B testing) based on statistics and exploratory analysis to extract all kinds of knowledge related to various cases throughout the company. You will analyze data to confirm or disprove hypotheses
  • You will effectively communicate results of your work to various international stakeholders

Come as you are

  • You have a strong background in data science, statistics, machine learning and/or optimization, ideally in the vehicle insurance industry / certified actuarial data scientist
  • You have a solid knowledge of Python, R, SQL, Excel and cloud technologies (ideally AWS)
  • You have deployed models to production, and you know how to maintain model-based processes
  • You are familiar with concepts of operations research ideally with respect to areas like pricing decisions, forecasting models or network flow models. With a passion for numbers and figures, you love solving your tasks using data
  • You are extremely motivated, passionate about learning and contributing to the team and the business with a "can-do" attitude
  • You communicate fluently in English and appreciate cultural diversity
