We are looking for an experienced payroll specialist to join our collaborative and friendly team in HQ Langley. It’s a stand-alone role in the UK, reporting to the People Director UK, however, works with peers and partners in its Group central payroll function in Germany. This role is ideal for someone who is pro-active and passionate about making a difference. We are open to remote working and part time options.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities

- Owning the full monthly payroll cycle for the UK

- Working closely with the outsource payroll provider and partners in the global/ central payroll function to manage a payroll for approx. 350 employees

- Processing benefits in kind

- Pension Auto enrolment process from start to finish

- Being the first point of contact for general payroll and benefits queries

- Managing the childcare Vouchers Scheme

- Processing leave of absence (Sickness, Maternity and Paternity)

- Answering employee’s payroll queries

- Managing the payroll reporting
Your Qualities
-
- Previous experience in owning all aspects of payroll, ideally within a similar or larger headcount size

- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills

- Ability to troubleshot payroll processes, put forward improvements solutions and implement them

- Ideal previous multi-site experience

- Strong Excel ability (including VLookups, Pivot Tables, etc).

- Proactive and Collaborative

- Experience working with ATOS desirable but not essential
