About you:

  • You preferably have a completed apprenticeship in office or commercial area
  • You enjoy solving complex facts and keep our quality standards high
  • You have an understanding for vehicles, and you can distinguish a scratch from a dent
  • You work thoroughly and concentrated with the computer, and you are used to the common office applications – we will show you our SIXT own programs
  • You correspond in English and German if it is needed

What you will do:

You do the research for information according to new damages. You accommodate all the data into our own SIXT program. You are responsible for the first customer contact after the damage happened. You are an interface among our service stations, external service providers and our claims processing and you document the exact happening and the information according to the damage. You speak German within your team, the correspondence in English mostly takes place via scripts.

About the department:
SIXT customers travel internationally, so the odd scratch is bound to happen. The teams in our Repaircenter and in the Damage Management department are responsible for determining the origin of the damage, assessing the damage and its costs for repair, taking care of garage scheduling and getting the fleet back on the road. In order to be able to include all decision-making factors for the clarification of the facts, our colleagues form the interface to SIXT branches, customers, authorities and insurance companies.
