Create product requirements based upon business needs and drive the roadmap, execution and go to market strategy for Yield products
Work collaboratively with Business, Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Tech to enable smooth and value adding delivery of pricing any yield products and tools

Define a set of success metrics to measure internal customer satisfaction and business impact and be able to utilize them in decision making

Come as you are:
You have a university degree in an applicable field (e.g. computer science, mathematics, business economics, engineering) or a proven track record in product management
You have gained your first experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager (m/w/d) in the environment of an agile organization, ideally with a pricing or revenue management and data science background
You have an understanding of pricing, yielding or similar business areas and you have a good understanding of the Product Management process
You are experienced in working collaboratively across multiple teams in a matrixed environment and you have a bias toward action to break down complex problems into steps that drive product development at high speed
You are proficient in defining a set of success metrics to measure customer satisfaction and business impact and be able to utilize them in decision making as well as communicating to business and technical stakeholders

About the department:
Pricing focuses on market-oriented and margins-optimising product and price management for all business sectors and customer groups in order to create long-term value for the company. The yield management is primarily concerned with maximising revenue through utility and price-oriented management of the fleet and demand. Issues such as planning and composition of the fleet size, predicting the fleet and demand and regulating imports and modulation of vehicles are addressed here. Furthermire, demand adjustments are carried out if necessary through price and availability controls.
