Senior Project Manager Digital Customer Experience / Self-Service (m/f/d)

What you will do:

  • You will work in an international team and drive projects with global impact around the digital customer experience like the SIXT Self-Service of the future 

  • You analyze and improve existing processes and include data, financial impact as well as customer feedback in your innovative and solution-oriented proposals  

  • You love what you do, you follow trends around digital customer experience, question existing solutions and drive the future digital customer experience forward 

  • You bring our consumer products vision and ideas into reality, you structure your projects well based on roadmaps, milestones and responsibilities, take care of the progress and coordinate between different international stakeholders and teams to make your projects are a success 

  • You are a doer, quick to get things done and find new ways to continuously advance the premium "Digital Customer Experience"  

  • You establish a great global network in the company and act as a strong leader in your topics 

About you:

  • You have proven experience as a Project Manager with a successful record, an educational background with a university degree (eg  Economics/Business Administration, Digital Marketing) or have a comparable apprenticeship and ideally some relevant professional experience

  • You have a "can do" mentality, are structured, solution-oriented and combine analytical strength with implementation skills and pragmatism 

  • You have a holistic mindset and skills to stay at the top of strategic execution and translating business challenges into actionable learning goals and solutions 

  • You bring analytical expertise as well as tool affinity and you like to understand topics and processes in detail 

  • You have strong communication and people skills, enjoy working with different teams and know how to cooperate profitably with different stakeholders 

  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, ppt) and you are fluent in English in daily business, German is not a must
