The Tender & Implementation division is part of an internal expert unit, Sales Enablement, that acts as a central interface in corporate customer sales of the SIXT Group. The experts of the Tender & Implementation department concentrate on the project management of national and international tenders as well as the implementation of the won corporate customers and sales partners.
What you will do:
You will take over the independent project management of national and international Request for Proposal (RFP) and implementation projects, including project planning, control, and success monitoring
You will work jointly on the projects with a tandem partner from Rostock, who will support you primarily with operational tasks
You lead cross-functional and intercultural project teams within the tender & implementation process
You create individualized offer presentations as well as high-quality tender and implementation material
You monitor the revenue ramp-up after successful implementation
You advise major international customers on specific digitalized processes and procedures of the SIXT mobility portfolio for business travelers
You ensure compliance with internal processes and knowledge transfer, and you act as an interface between SIXT management and the Corporate Sales departments
You have a successfully completed degree in business administration or similar or a completed training in the field of tourism management
You have already gained professional experience in project or process management or in sales
You are fluent in German and English (further language skills are an advantage) and would like to work in an international environment
You are willing to go into detail, are very structured and work result- and implementation-oriented
You are communicative and assertive
You show perseverance and have a quick grasp of things as well as an independent and structured way of working
You are fit in the handling of the current MS-Office products
