IT Specialist (m/f/d)
You come from an IT system house or a similar environment and are looking for a new exciting challenge, where not every day is the same and you can accompany and implement interesting projects? Together with your future colleagues, you will take care of the clients at SIXT, software automation, remote desktop world, client security and further development of processes. Do what you love:
- You will be responsible for installing and configuring new hardware and software components
- You will handle incidents and service requests
- You will provide software and hardware support and assist our users with IT-related questions (by phone, in person, remotely, by mail or on site)
- You ensure a high level of user satisfaction by adhering to the agreed service levels
- You support IT projects and events, sometime also off-site
Come as you are:
- You have successfully completed education as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or you have obtained comparable qualifications through work experience
- You have good knowledge of common hardware and software (e.g. Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office)
- You enjoy independent work and direct contact with our users
- You have a good command of English, both written and spoken
- You have a driver's license
