Director Customer Service Excellence (m/f/d)

As a Director Customer Service Excellence (m/f/d), you identify customer demands and take over responsibility to constantly improve and develop our services for the customer – across channels and along the entire customer journey: Before, during and after rental.

Equipped with your distinct analytical capabilities, profound knowledge for processes and systems as well as your experiences in customer services, you will shape our premium customer services in the future. This means that you have an essential role in identifying opportunities and challenges, initiating the change and driving it to a measurable success.

Do what you love:

  • As a Director Customer Service Excellence (m/w/d) you are responsible and steer the implementation of a central transformation project

  • You act in close collaboration with our global contact centers, interface departments, IT and our senior management team

  • You are the first-point-of-contact for all project stakeholders, translate customer requirements and the solution design in a project backlog and make sure that the project is implemented in a structured and successful way

  • You actively model, streamline and automate service processes across contact channels with the affiliated technological systems and applications in mind

  • You support the Senior Management Team in setting the right priorities and taking decisions along the transformation process

Come as you are:

  • You have profound work experience in the automotive and/or service industry, in consulting or in a tech company
  • You have a very good understanding of customer service processes and possess of expertise in customer services relevant systems and applications
  • As a Product Owner (m/f/d), you have successfully conceptualized and implemented technological transformation projects (e.g. Salesforce)
  • You are an outstanding communicator and can connect, motivate, and steer groups from different departments, hierarchical levels or backgrounds
  • You are experienced in structuring and steering projects in Jira and Confluence and you are familiar with agile project management methodologies (like Kanban or Scrum)
  • You are a team player, motivated to drive change and eager to constantly develop yourself;  You speak English and German fluently
