DO WHAT YOU LOVE
- You are customer-centric and able to discover and empathize with customer pain points and experienced in crafting delightful products that are easy to use
- You are able to use data to drive decisions, measure product performance, and communicate impact and get buy-in from senior executives
- You are a master communicator who will work to bring teams together, manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment and decision making
- You are disciplined and understand that product management is both art and science
- You develop innovative and industry leading products that uniquely serve our customers and differentiate our products from competitors
- You collaborate with Engineering, Data Science and Design to define an ambitious strategy, develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, and execute on delivering great experiences for users

- You have profound experience in senior product management at a tech software company, with demonstrable success in launching new products / features with clear impact
- You have a healthy blend of strategic thinking capabilities with an innate "dream big, start small" mindset and a keen eye for detail

- You are passionate about building delightful product experiences
- You have excellent business acumen, are customer-centric as well as team and results-oriented
- You have experience working with Data Science teams to launch products / features based on machine learning

About the department:
The goal of SIXT's design team is to design experiences that customers love. Our team includes UX Research, UX Writing and UX Design. UX Researchers generate insights into customer needs and help to evaluate new product ideas. UX Writers work closely with Designers to ensure inspiring, concise and consistent copywriting. The biggest group are our UX Designers, working in teams together with Product Management and Engineering to craft seamless and engaging mobility solutions for our customers. These teams create consumer-facing experiences, partner solutions, or tools for our colleagues that enable them to serve our customers better. No matter the team, we always look for creative designers (m/f/d) with a lot of empathy for our customers to join us in India (Bangalore) or Germany.
