Seasonal Rental Sales Agent (m/f/d)

About you:
- You have at least 3 months time and are looking for a seasonal job in Germany
- You are confident, sales-driven, and enjoy being in a customer-facing role
- You know your product very well and are able to convince customers with your charm
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in a similar service-focused role (e.g., retail, hotel, gastronomy, etc.)
- Even during challenging times, you keep calm and act in an organized and responsible manner
- You are fluent in English, ideally can communicate in German and hold a valid driver’s license
What you will do:
As part of #TeamOrange you will provide the best service to our national and international customers. You will advise on and up-sell vehicles and optional extras according to the customers´ needs, check the relevant documentation and prepare the rental agreement. While doing so, you will ensure an excellent overall customer experience while adhering to our service standards. Furthermore, you will coordinate and schedule our premium carpool and complete daily administrative tasks and ad-hoc queries.
