Senior Executive Controlling (m/f/d)

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are a business partner for fleet management at SIXT. In this role you set targets, track actuals, analyze trends, compose reports and moderate discussions on decisions to improve performance with numerous stakeholders throughout the organization

• You develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of all expenses that are related with buying, holding and reselling our fleet and conduct detailed cost analyses to identify trends, outliers, and areas for improvement

• You moderate and kick-off discussions to balance fleet demand and supply with regard to volume and quality

• You continuously support the operational optimization of the fleet mix and asset allocation strategies to minimize costs while ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You bring several years of relevant experience in fleet asset management, financial analysis, cost accounting, or a related field

• Hard Skills You have strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex data sets, identify trends and outliers, generate actionable insights and are interested or preferably can write short SQL queries

• Language You are fluent in English

• Communication You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

• Education Preferably, you have a degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field
