(Senior) Executive Market Research (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for designing and executing research studies, analysing market trends, tracking key KPIs, and turning these data into meaningful and actionable insights. You will use your experience to identify the best research approach to a range of complex and interesting business problems, to drive value across business areas. DO WHAT YOU LOVE:
- You will help to build a strong internal market research team
- You will support major business initiatives through innovative and complex qualitative and quantitative market research
- You will be responsible for managing ad hoc studies, as well as tracking Marketing KPIs and competitor monitoring
- You will manage relationships with external research agencies and data providers
- You will work closely with Brand Marketing, Commercial Analytics, CLV/Segmentation, Group Strategy and other stakeholders
COME AS YOU ARE:
- You have significant experience in market research, with demonstrated success designing and executing qualitative and quantitative studies
- You have a strong analytical mindset, and love interrogating large datasets to find trends and develop actionable insights
- You are proficient across a number of analytical tools, and have experience working with and querying complex databases directly using SQL or another query language
- You have good stakeholder management experience, and are comfortable presenting to colleagues at all levels
- You are fluent in English and German
