(Senior) Manager Global Operations Transformation (m/f/d)

Our goal is to re-evaluate the core processes around car rental in our global SIXT branches and - where possible - to digitalize and automate them. By doing so, we optimize the customer experience and reduce complexity in the day-to-day work of our colleagues at the stations. In our team, you are the digital mastermind who designs and manages global operations processes. You are the sparring partner of the Product Owner and act as the interface between Operations and IT. In direct collaboration with our internal development team you can also implement your own ideas and leave a real footprint in the organization. Interested?   • You drive the improvement of processes and the rollout of new products and services as an interface between the contacts in our global SIXT station network and our internal development teams
  • You analyze existing processes and operating models around car rental in the SIXT branches, identify possibilities to reduce complexity, create concepts for optimization and - where possible - (partial) automation of processes
  • You act as a sparring partner for our product owners and internal development teams, internal business stakeholders such as our colleagues in Operations, and external partners
  • You take responsibility for your topics and drive process optimizations from the analysis to the conception and successful implementation
  • You define and monitor KPIs in your area to ensure the long-term success of your implementations and to be able to derive measures


  • You are ready to take responsibility for your subject area and to drive optimizations independently within the company
  • You find it easy to clearly explain contexts and results for different stakeholders and to present complex issues in a simple manner
  • You have experience in project or process management, preferably also with process digitization and automation
  • You work independently, analytically and have an eye for detail to solve complex problems
  • You are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - knowledge of Confluence and JIRA is an advantage
  • You like to work in an international team and have no difficulties switching spontaneously between German and English
