DO WHAT YOU LOVE:
- You want to get a deep understanding for all facets of mobility, especially for SIXT’s international markets
- You monitor the performance of our biggest countries and work towards optimizing it
- You are an advocate for the leaders of our biggest SIXT markets in the HQ and the interface between them and HQ functions
- You create analyses based on relevant KPIs and derive meaningful hypotheses and actions from them
- You don’t just develop hypotheses and create nice slides, you also push consistently to take action and get to results
- You steer cross-functional projects and therewith actively shape the future of SIXT
COME AS YOU ARE:
- You come with several years of experience in consulting, a start-up, or from working in the strategy department of a top tier company
- You have very good analytical skills, you structure complex problems easily and derive concrete actions from them
- You are excellent in stakeholder management and have a knack for creating win-win situations
- You are a very good communicator, you communicate to the point and well adapted to your counterpart
- You lead laterally and don’t get nervous in case of tight deadlines
- You speak English fluently; very good knowledge of German, Spanish, French or Italian is a plus
