We’re excited to offer a rare opportunity for a driven and proactive Recruiter to join our small but high-performing Talent Team at SIXT Rent a Car. Reporting directly to the UK Executive Talent Manager, you’ll play a key role in attracting top talent to join our vibrant SIXT orange family and supporting our mission to become an employer of choice in the UK.

We’re looking for someone with experience in recruitment or human resources and a solid understanding of the full hiring lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for internal and external candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

• Utilise digital channels and attend career events to build brand awareness, attract talent, and grow a strong talent pipeline.

• Partner with Hiring Managers and Business Leaders to forecast hiring needs and deliver proactive, strategic recruitment solutions.

• Ensure data integrity and support recruitment reporting through effective use of the Applicant Tracking System.

• Build external partnerships and expand professional networks through collaboration with HR professionals, colleges, and industry contacts.

• Support wider People initiatives, staying informed on Recruitment Law and latest Tech, contributing to employer branding, and assisting with HR projects as needed.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Recruitment or HR Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or human resources, with a solid grasp of talent acquisition practices.

• Full Recruitment Process Knowledge: Demonstrable understanding of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

• Analytical & Conceptual Thinking: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, agile approach to learning and development.

• Self-Motivation & Team Collaboration: Strong personal responsibility, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Continuous Improvement Mindset: Passion for leading best practices and driving a culture of learning and process enhancement.
