Repair Center Agent - French Speaker (m/f/d)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Agent Repair Center to join our team at SIXT. In this role, you will coordinate vehicle repairs, liaise with internal teams and external partners, and ensure efficient repair processes to minimize fleet downtime. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You act as the interface between the operational specialist department, bodyshops, and claims center.
• You independently arrange and coordinate repair orders, ensuring timely completion.
• You review, control, and process repair invoices.
• You obtain offers for reconditioning services.
• You prioritize and complete repairs efficiently to minimize vehicle downtime.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Previous Experience: Technical experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Language Skills: Fluent French & English skills (mandatory).
• Technical Skills: Diagnostic skills & Understanding of rental fleet standards (e.g., inspections).
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external partners.
• Soft Skills: Data-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
