As a customer service employee, you have the responsible task to deal with the interests of our customers. If a customer wants to rent a car or if he or she has a concern during the rental, you will advise him with the reservation. If customers have any questions or wishes after the rental, you are available to them as a customer service employee. If a customer has rented a car sharing car, you will be responsible for him or her in the team “DriveNow”.
Sixt has more than 2,200 branches around the world. There are more than 30 of them in Berlin. In the Operations/Branches division, the focus is on all fields of the operational business in the Sixt branches. This means you are involved in the direct service to the customers and work on the strategic control of the key operational figures and the rental process every day.
The rapid and profitable growth of Sixt is also based on a sound economy and robust planning. The finance sector in Berlin contributes significantly to this and offers a broad range of exciting topics. Our colleagues are responsible for the international receipt of invoices, accounts receivable and accounts payable, and planning and coordination tasks.
Sixt customers travel internationally and the one or the other scratches happen. Our teams in Damage Management are responsible for the determination of the damage situation as well as the further processing. To be able to include all decision-making factors, our colleagues create the interfaces to Sixt branches, customers, authorities and insurance companies.
We do not only want to satisfy our customers, but also inspire them. For this reason, we act as contact persons in all questions around the entire Sixt product range, maintain existing customer relationships and build them up. Furthermore, we are the first contact for our business customers and do not only deliver solutions for our national and international partners but fight together for the optimal ones.
Around 270 colleagues from over 30 nations work at our international location in Huttenstraße. Here, many different teams come together: the service centre for our limousine service as well as for DriveNow, our reservations hotline, our online editorial office and our Berlin HR team. Our car rental business in the North-East region is also managed from this location.
Our newest location is right in the heart of Berlin at the Gendarmenmarkt. Our teams from the fields of accounting, electronic payment acceptance and claims handling as well as our colleagues from myDriver work at this great location.
