We at Sixt use Salesforce Marketing Cloud for all our marketing and promotional campaigns along with some important transactional customer communications. In order to ensure that the platform is leveraged to its optimal capabilities we are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expert.

What you’ll do? – Perform as smoothly as our cars:

• You as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expert, will optimize the platform and provide technical expertise to scale digital solutions, email marketing campaigns, and data integration.
• You work closely with several teams such as the CRM, sales, and marketing team to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• You build custom reports, email templates, amp script-based dynamic templates, automation jobs, and comprehensive customer journeys.
• You Configure data import and export via FTP.
• You will iteratively improve our Marketing Cloud data model architecture and identify and troubleshoot platform and data feed-related issues.

Ce que vous apportez

What do you need to succeed? – Your willingness to accelerate:

• You have 4+ years of experience working with Marketing Cloud platform and SFMC certifications
• You have a technical educational background in the field of Computer Science, Information science, or similar related field (Bachelor's Engineering OR Master's Degree)
• You have a wide range of experience in Marketing Cloud modules such as Email studio, Automation studio, Mobile studio, Journey builder, and Content builder to build custom reports, email templates, amp script-based dynamic templates, automation jobs, and comprehensive customer journeys.
• You have a robust understanding of Marketing Cloud’s contact data model to work with customers and platform data (SQL, system data views, Send Log).
• You have experience with email and/or marketing automation software and integration with databases. Experience with web service integration (REST/SOAP).
