Team Lead Inside Sales & corporate VIP Benelux

For our Key Account Management team in Hoofddorp we are recruiting a Team Lead Inside Sales & corporate VIP Benelux. The team is the first point of contact for our corporate customers and represent Sixt as mobility partner for national and international organizations. You get energy from delivering exciting service to the customers in our portfolio and ideally have experience in a Sales-/Customer support management position. Also if you are experienced in management of other B2B service teams and you have a commercial drive, please apply directly! We are looking for experienced candidates who have rounded of a relevant education on Bachelors level or higher. Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • You lead your team to develop revenues and relationships with our national and international customers, offering the best quality of service in the market.
  • You are responsible for resource planning and management, as well as reporting on performance of the team and the development of customer portfolios
  • You are a relationship builder, who wants to invest in long term relationships with customers and internally with other teams within and outside the Benelux.
  • It is your job to make sure that your team delivers seamless support to both our customers and our representatives in the field.
  • When requested, you provide detailed reports on quality, performance and development to the management of our business unit.
  • Training and development of your team, to meet and maintain the international standards of Sixt is your responsibility and this gives you energy to innovate and improve efficiency.
  • Lead and Training of our VIP support team who directly serve our biggest customers. To Seamlessly uphold the agreements made by our field representatives and our operational teams.

Your Qualities

  • You have rounded of a relevant Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • You are able to demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the Dutch and English languages, in speaking and writing. French and German are welcome additions, given our German background and French being one of the main languages in Belgium.
  • You are experienced in B2B customer contact, ideally in a service industry and have a commercial drive and/or background.
  • You are able to bring structure and deal with challenges head-on, whilst respecting and developing international relationships within the company.
  • Commitment is your middle name. We are looking to hire someone who is willing to invest in Sixt, just like Sixt is willing to invest in you. Besides that, we want to continue our year-on-year growth and for that we need a solid candidate for this position, with whom we can set and reach goals.
