What will you be doing:

As a Rental Sales Agent at SIXT in Brussels Airport, you are the expert guiding and advising national and international customers on renting cars. With sharp commercial flair and effective communication skills, you effortlessly understand the customer's needs. Providing not only perfect advice but also smoothly selling optional extras tailored to their requirements. Additionally, you are the swift hand drafting rental contracts and efficiently handling administrative tasks.

Top-notch premium service delivery is your priority! Collaborating with your team, you ensure customers are not only well-assisted but excellently served. Your creativity and problem-solving skills play a crucial role. Flexibility is key in this role; imagine a customer wanting to return a car at 22:00. If you are up for the challenge, you are the one opening the branch, receiving the car, and closing up. Of course, you will be appropriately rewarded for this.

As a mobility service provider, our Branches & Operations division is the point of contact with our customers: whether by phone, app or directly in our SIXT branches. This means: premium service directly to the customer, advice and sales in exchange and responsibility for the rental process of our premium fleet. What you bring with you

What we expect from you:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect easily.
• Fluent proficiency in French and English, Dutch and German are a plus.
• Possession of a valid driver's license (B)
• Willingness to work on weekends.
• Minimum of mbo+ level of education and thinking.
