YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Manage and oversee all HR-related documentation throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding (e.g., employment contracts, reports, contract amendments, certificates, references)
• Maintain and update employee records to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate and manage employee exit processes, including confirmation letters and offboarding procedures
• Oversee medical check-up scheduling and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements
• Provide expert support for multiple HR administrative tasks, ensuring process efficiency and standardization across European markets
• Act as a key point of contact for HR-related inquiries, supporting local HR teams and stakeholders

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have extensive experience in HR administration, ideally in an international or multi-country environment
• Education You hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Attention to Detail You are highly meticulous and ensure compliance with legal and company policies
• Soft Skills You have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset
• Technical Proficiency You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and HRIS systems to streamline processes
• Language You are Fluent in both English & Spanish; additional languages such as German or other European languages are a plus
