YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You are part of our process and project management team, and are dedicated to continuously improving our processes and solutions with a customer-centric mindset
- You lead projects across all phases — including scoping, prioritization, testing, rollout, and post-launch optimization — leveraging AI, bots, RPA, and automation to ensure value, speed, and usability
- You conduct data and process analyses to evaluate project success and identify further improvement opportunities
- You work closely with tech, product, and business stakeholders to understand needs and convert them into feasible, scalable solutions
- You validate concepts and solutions through A/B testing, proofs of concept, and continuous iteration to refine and maximize impact
- You contribute to successful system migrations by supporting testing, resolving incidents, and creating SOPs, while collaborating with product development, operations, controlling, and service teams to align efforts and ensure smooth execution
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Qualifications You hold a degree in business, project management, business informatics, analytics, or a comparable field, equipping you with a solid foundation for digital and transformation-focused roles
- Experience You bring professional experience in digital project management, ideally within complex and transformation-driven environments; exposure to process management is a valuable asset.
- Analytical Edge You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Tech-Savvy Mindset You are confident working with technical concepts, backend logic, APIs, and modern platforms, with experience or strong interest in AI, bots, and automation tools
- Tool Proficiency – You're familiar with agile methods and tools like Scrum, Jira, and Confluence; additional skills in SQL and advanced Excel are a plus
- Communication Power – You have excellent communication and presentation skills, quickly grasp complex topics, and are fluent in both German and English — additional languages are a bonus
