Customer Service Agent for Germany - 100% remote


You are fluent in German and would like to work from home in Spain? At SIXT, we are currently looking for motivated and enthusiastic German-speaking Customer Services Agents to join our team from anywhere in Spain. If you enjoy assisting customers on the phone and via email, then this position is made for you. You will be the first point of contact for our German customers and a helping hand for all inquiries before, during and after the booking. This is a 100% remote position, therefore all selected candidated will be working from home.

About you: 

  • You are fully proficient in German and speak English fluently
  • Your have a great passion for service and enjoy assisting customers
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • You have previous experience working with MS-Office
  • You enjoy working from home and are willing to do so Monday to Sunday

What you will do: 

  • Be the frist point of contact for our German customers and a helping hand for all inquiries before, during and after the booking - on the phone and via e-mail
  • Excite the customers with your know-how of our products and services
  • Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty with your friendly and professional work
  • Be a team player and solve administrative tasks within your team
