Fulfillment Specialist

This Fulfillment Specialist reports to the Purchasing Manager USA and will support our supply chain strategy as we experience continuous growth in the U.S. This role will be responsible for meeting exceptional service levels while providing uniform and supply fulfillment support to our operations and internal customers. A successful candidate will also provide stock analysis for improved forecasting of supply demand while considering space constraints, operational impacts and supply chain goals.

What you’ll do to be Sixt-cessful:

  • Administer central procurement accounts and accesses
  • Track and maintain inventory allocation per employee/location
  • Record supply upon receipt and shipment and update inventory system accordingly
  • Proactively monitor stock levels and work with stakeholders to avoid outages
  • Strategically create shipments for supplies requested by operations from central fulfillment
  • Maintain a clean stock room
  • Facilitate returns and refurbishments with vendors regularly
  • Proactively seek opportunities for improvements
  • Data analysis to uncover trends and deviations from plan and facilitate supply chain improvements
  • Analyze forecasting reports to support procurement decisions
  • Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data
  • Track KPI’s and report on supply chain performance
  • Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations
  • Utilizing logistics data to optimize shipping and transport procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Perform other duties as directed.

What you’ll need:

  • HS diploma required, Associates degree plus
  • 1+ years of work experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
  • Logistics experience plus
  • Great communication skills
  • Great attitude
  • Ability to work both in a team and a self-motivated environment
  • Ability to stand and/or walk frequently
  • Capability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • High degree of both accuracy and efficiency
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Must have the ability to think analytically
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
