Wat wij bieden

Ideally, you have gained first professional experience as an accountant, but also juniors with appropriate commercial training (e.g. office clerk, tax clerk, paralegal or bank clerk) and a fundamental understanding of numbers are welcome. DO WHAT YOU LOVE:

  • You are responsible for the handling of the outstanding balance for our corporate customers in Germany/UK
  • You are in charge of general customer communication and reminders (by telephone, e-mail and post)
  • You are responsible for the reconciliation and clarification of customer accounts
  • You liaise with our internal/external partners and service providers
  • You negotiate installment plans, and handle debt collection
  • You optimize our existing processes if needed

Wat je meebrengt

COME AS YOU ARE:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or have several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • You love numbers and you have an analytical mindset
  • You have a very good command of English, German is also a big plus
  • You work efficiently, thoroughly and independently
  • You are confident in using MS-Office Excel
  • You posses excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with customers and other departments
