Senior Manager HR Processes & Digitization (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about excellent HR processes, tools and agile methods? We are looking for a digital mind to help us reduce complexity and administrative efforts in our global process landscape. As Senior Manager HR Processes & Digitization (m/f/d) you will create excitement and an unparalleled employee experience. Not only do you lead and manage global projects, but you also realise your own ideas into a holistic concept in direct cooperation with our internal stakeholders. This way you can leave a real footprint on the organisation and grow with us every day. Interested? Then become part of our SIXT family and the HR Projects & Processes team - an open-minded team in Munich and Berlin that likes to have fun at work, but always with the strong goal "to get things done".

  • You self-confidently question the status quo and make courageous and well thought-out proposals to radically reduce the administrative effort in HR processes. In doing so, you make an active contribution to improving the employee experience and employee satisfaction
  • You define and implement a conceptual framework for efficient and effective process management for HR, analyse and evaluate our existing HR process landscape, identify process weaknesses as well as improvement potential and initiate measures for consistent simplification and automation
  • You are responsible for the overall flow from the definition of process roles, their implementation, a corresponding KPI framework to a final process concept and a very good employee experience
  • You guide the Process Owners in their role and teach relevant tools for process improvement from the Lean Management environment. In addition, you organize and moderate (design thinking) workshops and related reviews with internal stakeholders on HR processes and interfaces
  • You take over the project management of partly complex topics, using your comprehensive knowledge of methods and project management to drive forward the development of solution concepts and decision templates
  • You operate experienced expectation management, always formulate and communicate a clear roadmap and drive our agility further and optimise it sustainably

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or information technology or a comparable qualification
  • You already have several years of relevant professional experience in an international group in a comparable position (experience in a consultancy is a plus), in which you have successfully proven your interdisciplinary knowledge as well as your strategic-analytical understanding
  • You have already been involved in the introduction of standard software and have a good feeling for the opportunities and limitations of digitalisation initiatives
  • You have solid analytical and methodological skills, especially in process optimisation and (agile) project management. Experience in the application of Lean Management and Six Sigma is an advantage
  • You have a confident manner, strong communication skills, an independent and proactive way of working as well as team spirit, persuasiveness and enthusiasm
  • You are fluent in German and English and can present and moderate convincingly in both languages

Working at SIXT not only means creating the future of mobility, but also offers personal benefits. This means especially for you: 30 days of vacation, no dress code, choose your own device, support for pension plans & capital-forming benefits, mobility allowance of 20€/month and flexible working hours. Due to the current situation, we are of course working completely in mobile work wherever possible. But even under normal conditions, from now on you can decide from where you want to approach your work: Up to 50% of your monthly working time you can work completely mobile and from anywhere, of which up to 30 days per year in other European countries (EU, CH & UK). In addition, we offer you a super international working environment, numerous trainings for your individual development, participation in external conferences and we even organize internal dev & tech talks. Our Feel Good Manager will be happy to help you with the organization or to assist you when you move to Germany from abroad and need to organize visas or other administrative procedures. It's also important to balance out your work: That's why you have access to our employee restaurant (and yes, we insist on restaurant, because it's too high quality for a canteen) as well as various recreational opportunities such as the gaming area, the SIXT soccer team or the SIXT choir - to name just a few. In addition, of course, employee benefits for SIXT rent, share, ride and SIXT+, car leasing offers, discounts with partners for travel, technology, clothing, etc. as well as free cyber sports courses. In addition, your colleagues are pretty awesome. Which is important when you spend so much time together, and besides, no wonder when you get a bonus for referring friends as new employees. If something does bother you, you'll always have someone to confide in through regular feedback sessions, employee surveys or our psychological hotline through the Fürstenberg Institute. Otherwise, we live "work hard, play hard" - our parties are legendary! We also demand and promote DiverSIXTy, a corporate culture of acceptance, appreciation, and respect, in which everyone can develop their personality and ideas.
