What we offer

  • You support our Transportation Service Providers (TSP) and are responsible for the Quality Management
  • You develop the TSP network and oversee the onboarding via Leads and strategic discovery
  • You conduct tasks related to legal compliance & document management
  • You take ownership of the main objectives - growth, profitability, and quality
  • You develop and implement strategic plans to meet customer needs and unlock the potential of existing and new markets

What you bring with you

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field and bring several years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the ground transportation industry
  • You have an entrepreneurial & hands-on mentality, an agile mindset and are used to working cross functionally with other departments (such as Pricing & Yield, Sales, Market Admin, Tech & Service teams)
  • You have strong communication and presentations skills as well as a "can-do" attitude
  • You are flexible & willing to travel (for site & quality inspections, events, etc.)
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English. Further language skills are a great plus
