Operational Procurement Agent
From car parts to candy canes - we buy almost everything! SIXT is in search of a motivated Operational Procurement Agent to join the growing team. You will accompany your colleagues throughout the entire ordering process, and you are the contact person for all questions regarding the procurement process.
What you’ll do to be Sixt-cessfull:
- Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance
- Planning and execution of all procurement activities assigned as well as on time delivery of all procured materials
- Manages the end-to-end process from PO creation to customer delivery
- Administers contracts and agreements
- Communicate special or technical requirements to suppliers thru Coupa
- Ensure that partners continue to meet company needs
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Perform other duties as required
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or similar field
- Proven working experience in operational procurement
- Knowledge and experience using an eProcurement Platform (Coupa preferred)
- Thorough way of working, paired with a pronounced cost awareness
- Advanced Microsoft office skills

The purchasing department buys everything! With a lot of creativity and expertise, we manage the balancing act every day between the specifications of the internal quality requirements and the premium focus of SIXT. This includes Fleet Purchase (national and international) as well as Strategic and Operational Procurement teams. They not only focus on the strategic mission of the company, but also on complex quality requirements and a competitive cost structure. We continue to grow and are looking for support in facing new challenges that need to be mastered with excellent communication, negotiation skills, great affinity for numbers, attention to detail and knowledge of contract design!
