SIXT has its sight set on the Northern Lights! SIXT-Canada is looking for a Full-Time  or Part-Time Administrative Clerk to provide them with administrative and organizational support. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, hardworking, quick learner that has great intrapersonal skills, can operate in teams or independently. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:   

  • Superior organizational skills  

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize  

  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment   

  • Strong attention to detail  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

  • Self-starter who embraces technology  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Organizes department activities, reviews and vets incoming requests, and coordinates with other departments  

  • Performs administrative duties including copying, scanning, and mailing  

  • Tracks dates, deadlines, and maintains the calendar  

  • Organizes and maintains documents in paper and electronic filing systems  

  • Coordinates other administrative tasks as assigned and assist in department  

  • Collects data accurately and maintain in appropriate data bases  

  • Reviews and processes invoices in a timely manner   

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience preferred  

  • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision  

  • Must possess a Valid Class 5 Driver's License 

  • Proficient in basic computer skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint  

  • Must exhibit a high level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of work matter  

  • Must be able to work 25-40 hours per week in office  

  • Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus for full-time (half paid after 3 months, remainder paid after 9 months)

$1,250 Sign-On Bonus for part-time (half paid after 3 months, remainder paid after 9 months)
