The Compensation Administrator is responsible for assisting the Total Rewards department in the area of compensation and various total rewards projects and daily administration tasks.  This role will work directly with the total rewards team, assisting them with questions or concerns related to all compensation items. 

  • Assist in the review of job descriptions, reviewing content and matching the job to compensation salary surveys
  • Reporting administration of Compensation items, tracking of offers and other various compensation management requests
  • Administrate compensation offer tracking, including details and outcomes/approvals
  • Responsible for Job Description auditing, coordinating, and administrating.
  • Administrate our set non-exempt field rates and other go to compensation rate sheets, for our Talent Acquisition teams
  • Administer HRIS data reviewing, CompAnalyst and Service Now. This includes other SIXT systems, as needed
  • Responsible for Standard Operating Procedure administration and postings for Total Rewards
  • Reviewing new jobs for a “first pass” review, for FLSA evaluations
  • Coordination and input of internal offer letters and details
  • May also assist benefits area in projects involving all hands-on deck assignments
  • Other assignments as necessary

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, and/or related field required
  • 6 months to 2 years of work experience in HR, Compensation, and/or Payroll function
  • Effective HR administration and people customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team-based project experience
  • Clear understanding of the FLSA, state minimum wage regulations, and compensation processes
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Compensation systems, and various HRIS systems
  • Workday, Kronos, and UKG Pro system experience is preferred

Effort and Working Conditions 

  • Sedentary office work that primarily involves sitting at a desk.
  • Ability to move objects up to 20 pounds.
  • Travel to HQ several times a year.
