Corporate Security Administrator

The Security Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Corporate Security Department with duties related to asset protection of the Sixt fleet of vehicles, facilities, and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Database entries
- Tracking and reporting of statistical data
- File processing and maintenance
- Reviewing, and acting upon or coordinating written requests for assistance
- Reviewing and auditing of CCTV & access log data
- Communicating with internal and external customers
- Evaluating and resolving impound notices, subpoenas, and other written notifications
- Updating and distributing policy guidance and instructions
- Associate degree or previous experience in a related position preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel
- Ability to navigate CCTV and access control systems
- Ability to adapt to new computer programs with ease
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present factual findings
- Exceptional interpersonal and decision making skills required
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must have the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
