DO WHAT YOU LOVE:
- You define a conceptual framework for efficient and effective process and project management for HR
- You analyze and evaluate our existing HR process landscape, identify process weaknesses as well as potential for improvement and initiate measures for consistent simplification, reduction of administrative work and automation
- You identify improvement opportunities within HR and manage solution implementation in an efficient and timely manner
- You analyze and implement global standards across the business units by introducing policies, quality gates/checks, trainings etc.
- You research new trends within the HR market and implement them into the SIXT organization
COME AS YOU ARE:
- You have a consulting or coaching background with extensive experience in managing your stakeholders effectively
- You come with Human Resource and/or Recruiting domain knowledge as well as profound experience in Human Resource process implementation and/or project management in a metrics organized company
- You are an expert in MS Office package (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
- You bring analytical skills with a strategic mind-set and hands-on mentality to implement processes in a complex organizational setting
- You are fluent in English, German is a plus
