Sales & Training Performance Analyst

The Sales and Training Performance Analyst is responsible for supporting the training department and incremental sales performance department. Maintaining and analyzing the effectiveness of employee development and reporting for sales and service performance. In addition, this person would coordinate and develop training programs and collateral material to assist the RSPM team in the field with fleet, new products and packages and compliance issues. Manage incentive plan goals and payroll reporting. Assist in discrepancy reporting for appropriate sales.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Monthly, weekly, and daily forecasting and analytics
  • Create and maintain IRPD performance reporting and analysis for the following topics: Overall Branch IRPD, Upsell Performance by branch, individual product performance analysis by branch, IC payout performance to goals: analysis and recommendations, sales compliant RSA action plan compliance, sales excellence reporting, walk up rate compliance, discrepancy reporting/coordinating with the Quality Dept
  • Create and maintain tracking for digital coaching
  • Maintain and track reporting in the training LMS system
  • Measure ROI efficiencies on training
  • Create and monitor contest tracker for the US and evaluate the ROI on the contests executed
  • Communicate RSA Performance trackers for new employees
  • Manage monthly goal setting compliance
  • Investigate any payroll incentive issues

Your Qualities

  • Associates Degree required; Bachelors preferred
  • SQL reporting experience
  • Must be proficient in excel and a self-starter who embraces technology
  • Professional skills to handle sensitive and difficult situations with diplomacy
  • High degree or organizational and time management skills with the ability to independently follow through and complete projects with a deadline
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Strong commitment to collaborative work
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
