Jr Project Manager
Sixt is looking for a Jr Project Manager to oversee the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects while ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall project coordination, including managing scheduling, assigning tasks, motivating resources, budget management, and resolving problems
- Create strategy for digital selling & training
- Provides consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, and ongoing project health analysis, significant issue tracking, and communication with project team, business lines, and management levels on a regular basis
- Identifies risks and proposes contingency & mitigation plans
- Adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of business
- Gather requirements, define proper project scopes, find resources and manage resource allocation for projects
Your Qualities
- Master's degree required
- Project Management experience in a client delivery/services company
- Excellent client facing interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
- Have excellent relationship building and communications skills
- Work autonomously and lead cross functional teams to deliver results
- Have proven ability to launch and execute successful initiatives in complex and challenging environments
- Proactively identify issues, process improvements, and problem solving to design the best solutions in digital selling
