International Franchise Manager (m/f/d)
With 11 corporate countries and over 100 franchise countries, SIXT has a strong global presence and continues to grow. Based in Munich, our International Franchise department manages the worldwide network of franchise partners in terms of compliance with corporate identity, general service standards and internal processes. To strengthen our team we are looking for an International Franchise Manager (m/f/d) with experience in project management or business development. You have already managed your own projects as a Project Manager (m/f/d) and have experience abroad? Then we can offer you a varied job with international perspectives.
DO WHAT YOU LOVE:
- You support our international franchise partners in the form of analyses, trainings and the implementation of projects
- You continuously analyze the development of our franchise partners and identify potentials and growth opportunities
- You ensure the achievement of common goals and the follow-up of various projects through your efforts
- You support our franchise partners with regard to the optimization of processes on site, the development of SIXT Service Standards and provide assistance in establishing internal processes
- You analyze customer feedback and continuously increase customer satisfaction in your region in cooperation with our quality department
COME AS YOU ARE:
- You have a successfully completed university degree with a background in economics or several years of professional experience in the tourism or service sector
- You have already gained relevant professional experience in an international environment, ideally in project management or account management
- You already have international experience through your studies or job and are ready for international business trips
- You work confidently and enjoy working in heterogeneous teams, but can also bring topics to a successful conclusion independently
- You are business fluent in English and German, possibly another foreign language
