What you will do:
Your team is responsible for processing and claiming damage files. You are responsible for the first customer contact. You are the connection between our service stations, external service providers, and our claims processing and you will document the exact happening and the information according to the damage. You communicate with several institutions like insurance companies, appraisers, external experts and repair shops.
