Senior Project Manager & PMO People Management (m/f/d)

What you will do:

  • You oversee all projects within our People Management Division, define project management standards, guidelines and set up a project governance structure; you provide support to the management in selecting and prioritizing the projects across different workstreams considering impact, criticality and capacity 
  • You ensure that collected data is visible to different stakeholders as per their specific role by tracking KPIs and providing reports 
  • You provide a collaborative framework for our teams and facilitate alignment to improve communication and productivity combining agile ways of working with some elements of a classic PMO methodology 
  • You will also take over your own HR projects as a project manager and define project requirement specifications and develop and manage detailed project plans 
  • You create roadmaps and milestones to enable improvements across our People Management team 

About you:

  • You have an educational background in business, project management or related field and a passion for People Management 
  • You have significant experience in project management, consulting and understanding of agile methodologies, challenge the status-quo, suggest improvements of existing processes and invent new ones whenever needed 
  • You have excellent analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset supported by a strong drive to get things done in close collaboration with others 
  • You have very good MS Office skills, mainly PowerPoint and Excel 
  • You have strong communication skills and you are fluent in both English and German
