Customer Service Agent


    Sixt is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Plus) to assist the Supervisor. They will lead the team to maintain performance standard levels by coaching and providing conductive feedback to increase productivity. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:

    What you will do:

    • Assist with ensuring daily responsibilities and assigned tasks are complete and maintained at performance standard levels 
    • Assist with the development of new hires, assuring necessary tools and information is in place to incubate success 
    • Exert strong team building skills through goal setting and motivation 
    • Assist in organizing workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks 
    • Assist in providing constructive feedback and coaching when necessary 
    • Assist in investigating and solving escalated customer service complaints 
    • Assist in creating ways to deliver excellent customer service in problematic situations when necessary 
    • Assist in facilitating cross functional communication within employees for improved working conditions 
    • Assist with additional job-related duties when required 
    • Required to complete 80% of assigned tasks as a Customer Service Representative and 20% administrative tasks 

    About you:

    • Associate’s required; Bachelor’s degree preferred  
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience of customer resolution; previous experience in de-escalation and customer support 
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
    • Exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills 
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
    • Must have basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications 
    • Must be at least 18 years old 
    • Must be able to work 40 hours per week 
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours and weekends/holidays 
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future 
    • Proficiency in English 
    • Ability to communicate in other languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese, Hebrew, German, etc.) a plus
